Senior leadership team
Tina Miller
RVP COO
Tina, an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience, joined HCA Healthcare in 2006. She has served as Chief Operating Officer at HCA Alaska Regional Hospital and at HCA Florida JFK Hospital. In 2022, Tina joined MD Now as the Regional Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Tina is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration.
Dr. Curtis Franke
ACMO
Dr. Curtis Franke brings more than 20 years of clinical expertise to the role of ACMO at MD Now urgent care. Joining HCA Healthcare in 2020, he previously oversaw HCA Healthcare Urgent Care’s Medical Operations in the Nashville, Tennessee market before joining MD Now in 2022. Dr. Franke received his Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University, his Medical Degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and his MBA from The Citadel.
Julianne Thomas
AVP Operations
Julianne Thomas has nearly 20 years of healthcare operations experience. She has led teams in specialty care, primary care, value-based operations, digital health, and urgent care. In 2022 she joined HCA Healthcare as the Associate VP of Operations for MD Now urgent care. She has a bachelor’s degree in intelligence analysis and a master’s degree in business administration and systems thinking.
Andy Hodel
ACFO
Andy Hodel has more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience. He started his career in public accounting and has lead finance teams in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas Services, Healthcare and, most recently, Urgent Care. In 2022, he joined HCA Healthcare as Assistant Chief Financial Officer for MD Now. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a CPA.
